You run on loops – with one exception, start and finish are always at the hotel. So no packing and moving! Don't be put off by the elevation gain. It may be tough here and there, but the drop-out rate at this event has been extremely low so far.

What makes it special

One base – no moving

All stages start and finish at the Hotel „Zum Schwanen“ in Wermelskirchen – you come back to the same hotel every evening. Exception: for stage 4 we all take the bus to Solingen-Höhrath in the morning.

Two loops to choose from

Adult loop: five ultras, 275 km and around 6,400 m of climbing. Kindergarten loop: five runs, 176 km and around 4,100 m of climbing. Single stages are possible on both loops.

Dream trails

Roads, forest tracks and trails – challenging depending on your fitness, but very doable. Poles are allowed.
